HKD or Rural Consumer Prices is a survey used to: Calculate farmer exchange rates; Monitor grain prices; Publicize producer prices, rural consumer prices and farm laborers in the countryside. This survey is conducted monthly and is coordinated by the statistical section of the BPS Minahasa District distribution.
