Preparation of 2021 Employee Performance Targets

In response to the instructions of the President of the Republic of Indonesia, which prioritizes the philosophy of "Rich Functions, Minimal Structure", BPS is preparing itself. Among them is the preparation of the Employee Performance Target (SKP) format with a new integrated and more efficient format. The preparation of the 2021 SKP is made using the cascading method where employee performance is derived from the performance agreement and strategic plan of the satker leadership.

This bureaucratic reform also adapts to changes in the structural position system into a system of functions and work teams. BPS Minahasa continues to improve employee performance by upholding the pillars of public service.
