Abstract

Conditions in April 2023 Manado Municipality experienced inflation of 0.25 percent, calendar year inflation of 1.16 percent and year on year (yoy) inflation of 3.86 percent. In terms of month-to-month (mtm) inflation, Manado Municipality ranks 5th for inflation on Sulawesi Island and ranks 52nd nationally, while year on year (yoy) Manado Municipality ranks 9th on Sulawesi Island and ranks 3rd 73 nationally.

The biggest contributor to inflation year on year (yoy) in April was gasoline by 0.9761 percent and the biggest contributor to deflation was cayenne pepper by 0.3100 percent

The biggest contributor to inflation on a month to month (mtm) basis in April 2023 was air transportation by 0.4042 percent, while the biggest contributor to deflation was cayenne pepper by 0.4829 percent
