Abstract

Conditions in May 2023 Manado City experienced deflation of 0.22 percent, calendar year inflation of 0.94 percent and year on year (yoy) inflation of 3.44 percent.

The biggest contributor to inflation on a year on year (yoy) basis in May was gasoline by 0.9743 percent and the biggest contributor to deflation was air transportation by 0.2834 percent.

The biggest contributor to inflation on a month to month (mtm) basis in May 2023 was shallots by 0.1212 percent, while the biggest contributor to deflation was air transportation by 0.5686 percent.
