Abstract

The number of foreign tourists (Wisman) who came to North Sulawesi through the Sam Ratulangi airport entrance in November 2024 was 4,532 people, a decrease of 3.04 percent compared to October 2024 (M-to-M). Compared to November 2023, it decreased by 1.71 percent (Y-on-Y).

Foreign tourists are dominated by Chinese citizens as many as 2,803 people (61.85 percent), Malaysia 371 people (8.19 percent), Germany 279 people (6.16 percent), Singapore 172 people (3.80 percent) and America 123 people (2.71 percent)

Room Occupancy Rate (TPK) of star-rated hotels in North Sulawesi in November 2024 reached 54.62 percent, an increase of 2.59 points compared to the TPK in October 2024 which amounted to 52.03 percent.

The average length of stay (RLMT) of star hotels in November 2024 reached 1.73 days, down 0.07 points compared to October 2024. Meanwhile, the average length of stay of foreign guests (Foreign RLMT) in star hotels in November 2024 reached 1.95 days, a decrease of 0.03 points compared to October 2024.
