Abstract

The number of foreign tourists (Wisman) who came to North Sulawesi through the Sam Ratulangi airport entrance in July 2024 was 4,743 people, an increase of 38.52 percent compared to June 2024 (M-to-M). Compared to July 2023, an increase of 25.41 percent (Y-on-Y).

Foreign tourists are dominated by Chinese citizens as many as 3,229 people (68.08 percent), Germany 229 people (4.83 percent), Singapore 154 people (3.25 percent) and the Netherlands 135 people (2.85 percent)

The average length of stay of guests (RLMT) of star hotels in July 2024 reached 1.84 days, an increase of 0.21 points compared to June 2024. Meanwhile, the average length of stay of foreign guests (Foreign RLMT) in star hotels in July 2024 reached 2.02 days, an increase of 0.05 points compared to June 2024.
